Stalwood Construction LLC is a custom Contractor, Design/ Builder in the North Georgia Mountains. Our custom homes and vacation cabins are built with quality materials and are constructed to last for many future generations. We give a one year Builders Warranty on the construction of each new home we build for our clients. The abpve home is log chinked with faux pas stone at chimney and foundation. This style cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Stacked stone fireplace from floor to ceiling. The walk-in basement is finished. All ceilings are pine T&G. All floors are yellow pine T&G.
The above cabin is log sided and has many dormers for extra spaciousness at the 2nd floor. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. A wall of glass facing lake. Cabinetry is white and all trim is white. Blue Ridge Mountains.
This North Georgia cabins is pine sided. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. It features a marble surround at fireplace and a walk out basement. Flooring is yellow pine and stone. Blue Ridge Mountains
The above homes' exterior is mainly flagstone. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The walk-out basement has stone flooring and large flagstone fireplace. Large kitchen with sitting room and tiled fireplace. Kitchen also features Corian counter tops, oak staircase, and oak kitchen cabinets. Flooring is carpet, oak, and stone.
The above cabin is log sided. It has one bedroom in loft and one bedroom on main level. The basement is finished with one bedroom, one bath and a large family room. Ceilings are pine T&G. Flooring is yellow pine T&G, carpet, and vinyl. Kitchen has pine cabinetry. North Georgia Mountains.
This vinyl sided home has a lovely river rock fireplace. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, main floor laundry. Flooring is yellow pine T&G. Kitchen cabinetry is oak. Basement was finished at a later date with family room, one bedroom and one bath.
The above home is vinyl sided has a large master bedroom, master bath and sitting room on 2nd floor. Eat-in kitchen with custom pine cabinets including towers and glass, raised dishwasher. Three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. Unfinished basement with stub-in for another bath and small kitchen, family room and bedroom. Main floor laundry. Flooring yellow pine T&G. Screened-in porch and deck at back.
The home below is a 4 bedroom 3 bath. Open loft to below and an open floor plan. The wrap around porch is great for outdoor living.

The home below is almost finished. It is a2/4 with an open floor plan. It has a large great room with glass wall to an open deck, a large stone see through fireplace, wood floors and drywall at walls. Solid surface kitchen countertops and custom pine kitchen cabinets, large pantry. Many custom pine bookcases and built in hutches throughout the home.

This renovation will add a large master suite, a larger dinning room, and a new entryway. Although this modest home was far from perfect when it was bought, it did show promise. The exterior will be log chinking. The roof will be clad in gray tin.
To the right of the foyer is a recessed coat closet and new laundry room.
